The following participants took part in the exchange:
- The coordinator of the project was Ph.Dr. Zuzana Svobodová from the Institute of languages FME BUT, who has had an extensive experience with both LdV mobility and pilot project coordination. She was also responsible in cooperation with the head of the Institute and Faculty authorities for the choice of the other participant:

PhDr Božena Zavadilová runs courses of engineering English for all study programmes at FME BUT. She is a PhD programme leader for the PhD English courses and due to this she has had an extensive knowledge of English for specific purposes (a wide scope of engineering subject areas).
