Aims

The specific aims of the project are to add value to the materials produced within the previous project.

This process will be split into the following phases:

  1. to develop new / modified reference modules tailored to the needs of a wider spectrum of end-users - industrial chemistry, pharmacy, physical engineering, electrical engineering, construction, process engineering, and medical engineering, equipped with glossaries in national languages of those partners who showed interest - CZ, SI, ISK, I
  2. based on this reference material, to develop practical, task - based exercises in a form of instructional modules. These exercises will be provided with keys for self-assessment.
  3. to make all the above material accessible on-line and off-line (CD-ROMs) as a basis for e-learning
  4. to develop a methodological module. This will provide material developers and teachers in A, F, SK with guidelines on how to construct their own training material.
  5. to test draft products with potential end-users through testing questionnaires and training sessions
  6. to evaluate testing phases in order to get a quality feedback on the methods used and materials developed
  7. to make corrections and draft final materials
  8. to disseminate the results of the project not only in target countries and sectors but also in a wider European context through participation of the partners in workshops and conferences organised by national agencies, the Commission and other professional bodies concerned
  9. to design a web-site with appropriate links providing information on the project development and project products
